| Welp, school's out for the summer! Or should I say UMKC is out for the summer, cause I'm definitely still taking classes at longview... I hope I still get to have a summer in spite of the classes and work and what not. =( Anywho... school is still out for now! =)

| Well it looks like when I move home next week I'm going to be moving home for the next year. At first, that was the last thing I wanted to do. I was looking for houses and apartments with some girl friends and I swore I would not live at home next year. But as door after door continued to close on me, I began to consider it and talk about it with my parents. As it turns out, that is where I think God is leading me. It's going to be different... very different. I think it's going to be a little more difficult with GAL and being 30 minutes from campus, but God knows what he's doing so we'll just wait and see. On the major up side of things, I can stop major stressing out about my finances and how on earth I'm going to work, go to school and help my sister with her wedding all in one summer, not to mention just spend time with people and myself and all of those little extra things we like to do in the summer. It's going to be different... very different... but I'm gradually warming up to it more and more. I actually think it might help me focus a little more on my studies. Anywho... so that's the update in the life of Whitney!
OH! And one last major thing, Mark's anniversary gift is FINALLY in from Israel... I can't talk about it on here cause he hasn't gotten it yet and he might read this, but I am so excited! I'm showing it off to EVERYone!!!  I can't wait to give it to him... I just can't believe I have to wait two weeks until he comes home! Arg... I've kept this secret for over a year now... I just want to give the present to him!!! haha

| Wow... It seems like everyone I know is either getting married this summer or having a baby any time between now and December. I've never seen spring like this, it's crazy! My goodness, I can't tell if I have baby fever or if it's just that everywhere I turn there's another baby or someone who's going to have a baby or what! I mean, DO NOT think that I want a baby right now... hah... no thank you, not ready. But holy cow it's hilarious how those motherly instincts just jump out at you when there's a baby around every corner. Crazy! But you know what the awesome thing is about everyone around me having babies??? I get to play and babysit! Goodness... anywho... life is good, I'm done with finals in less than two weeks... I just wanted to post on the spring fever that I'm seeing this year like never before! haha I hope everyone is well! later...

| Not like any of you knew... but I haven't been able to locate my trombone for about a week and a half and I'm supposed to be learning to play it for a test on Thursday. Then, lo and behold it lay in the exact same spot in my ear training classroom where I left it the Thursday before break. "Haaaaallelujah!" That's the singing choir if you couldn't hear it...  Also, nailed my sight singing test this morning and found out yesterday that I got an A on my last music history test... woo hoo!!! ...All in all I don't have much to complain about. OH! I also got to participate in some really awesome worship time last night in the 24/7 prayer tent that's been set up smack dab in the middle of the Oak Street dorms courtyard... it rocks. Everywhere I look I keep meeting more people who are praying for spiritual revival on this campus... it's coming... you can literally feel it coming.

| Yuck... well spring break is over...  Time to go back to the routine... here's to surviving the thriving through the rest of the semester!
